Just got a job at Deloitte M&A in Atlanta and am currently looking to buy a house. Would you advise I buy closer to Atlanta or the suburbs? I personally want to be in the suburbs but I hear the traffic situation is quite bad. Current consultants in Atlanta, how much time do you actually spend in the office vs remote vs client site? Would you advise I try and stay closer to the office?

I go for Chase. I have both the Reserve and a lower tier card depending on purchase type to maximize point accrual since they share a point pool
If you can expense all work stuff on personal then go Chase. Else, platinum as you can link the points earned on your corporate amex
How do you do this? I have a personal platinum and corporate Amex - did not know this existed.
Rising Star
Chase sapphire for points redemption and Amex platinum for comfort (lounge access)
Lounge access is a wash. Plus the priority pass on the CSR includes priority pass restaurants, which the Platinum doesn't.
Amex for lounges and card footprint/sex appeal on the table
CSR for points I believe
Have the Amex plat and love it, but depends on what your interests/needs are. TPG lays it all out: https://www.google.com/amp/s/thepointsguy.com/guide/amex-platinum-vs-chase-sapphire-reserve-which-card-is-right-for-you/amp/
TPG is also a CC company ad board. Kinda put an asterisk by all his content personally
I’d do Amex Plat for travel and get Chase Sapphire Preferred for those point activity($95 annual fee). If opened at chase bank branch in person, there fee is apparently waived.
