Working Moms/Dads: Do in-house positions exist with flex time hours? I need to be able to leave work at 4pm to pick up my son from daycare, but i can get back online at home to resume any unfinished work at 8pm. Expected : 25- 30 lpa
Have one offer in a different org.- 21 lpa

YOE - 4 years
Role : PM
Also fellow pm with similar experience, pls comment your salary so that I get an understanding of what’s the market trend.

Have you thought about why PM interview experience is totally different than the actual PM job ? PM interview goes typically with current domain, design xyz for abc, guesstimate; whereas in actual job you have ‘n’ no. of constraints to build, leadership priority , sufficient time to think etc. What are your thoughts?

I often feel that if you have a Associate product manager profile name in your linkedin, people show less acceptance of linkedin request as compared to a Product Manager name.

Beware a company called apnaklub currently hiring across functions. They are knockoff udaan with zero ideas who somehow managed to get some funding. They will do interviews for 1 month+ and then ghost you totally wasting your time.
