Another messup from nagarro Hr team. First they delayed the vendor selection for health care and now selected ekincare. The worst organisation selected. It was better to go with 1mg or practo and just added more tests in the annual health checkup.
This ekincare is providing 3 mbbs general physician docs for online suggestions, who goes to mbbs doc? Very less discount, late delivery, no offline tie up with labs.

Has anyone been successful in negotiating the schedule on a global pregnancy bill? My provider won't bill by visit and split the global cost into four payments all due by the 28th week. I don't understand how that's legal since it is so off the calendar of services and crosses calendar years (and insurance coverage), where most costs are incurred at the end of pregnancy with increased visit frequency and delivery.

I joined nagarro in July,22 and my first salary credited in aug,after that i was able to declare flexi and tax components ,then my second salary credited for sep month and it was very less ,bcoz of flexi declaration.but when i calculate declared flexi amount is ~25k ,as per nagarro it is tax saving component which you can claim later.but I am still not understanding why my executive allowance is very less this time from which ,i got in august 112000 and in sep it is ~21k in payslp
