Can someone tell me how many days does it take for the initial screening to happen after applying.

Also, how much time will it take for all the process to happen ( screening + interview + final discussion).

I relocated with my family to Ireland recently, one month ago, and while I got a lot of screening calls with recruiters, I did not hear back from any of them after our interview. I am still on the process of getting my work permit and I am very clear about this during the interviews, but I suspect that this is the reason why I am not getting any call back. Any tips on the first screening call with recruiters? Should I touch base with them after our interviews?

During the pandemic we started incorporating SparkHire for one way video interviews and now my hiring managers are super attached to it. It was intended to cut down on rounds of interviews - one SparkHire + 1 in person meeting. But now I'm seeing a lot of candidates drop off and not follow through on the spark hire. Things have been super stressful at work lately for a variety of reasons & a couple of weeks ago I decided to raise the issues with my Creative Director.
For context, he’s the reason for a lot of these problems and I (tactfully, I think) said as much. He listened to me patiently but took no responsibility and deflected blame with every issue raised.
