Why we gotta have resumes, just trust me bro...
Hi ,I have been interviewed and selected in S&P Global .salary almost negotiated and waiting for the offer letter to release. But seems like they are not willing to release the offer because of my 90 np . They are asking to join by 60 days but initially I told them my NP is 90. Even I am ready to take the 60 days offer but now they are not releasing offer as they want assurance. Now they are not picking calls.seems like i will loose the offer. Is there anything can be done.

Go on tangents. If things become too much of a grill session, find ways to sidestep and make an observation, tell a personal story or ask a personal question. Make it more of a conversation than an interview.
10 people? Damn. Just have them each talk about what they do on the team and what they like the most about their job; and you’ll leave a positive impression in their minds after having them talk about themselves in a positive light (psychological hack). You’ll give everyone a chance to feel seen, and it’ll save you time from being grilled / come up with good follow-up questions. 👌🏼

Ask everyone to do an impromptu show and tell with a random object in their house. That’s something you couldn’t do pre-pandemic.
once you get hit with the dreaded “do you have any questions for us?”, ask something light like what everyone’s taste in music is OR ask why they stay at this particular agency/what they like about working there. even if you already know the answers to either or both questions, it still gives y’all a springboard for great conversation. good luck!!
Don’t wear pants. They won’t know, but you’ll know, and that’s powerful.

Wowza. That’s a tough ratio. In all seriousness, have really good questions prepared and do a little homework on them. Be prepared for the dreaded ‘tell us a bit about yourself.’ If all else fails, ask them if their agency has a ‘big’ meeting culture;)
