Any advice on going in house? I am so tired of the agency grind but I never get any interviews for in house roles. I feel like my titles don’t translate to marketing and brand management titles and so I’ve ended up stuck. Does anyone have any suggestions or advice especially you have made the switch yourself?

Advice for interviewing at Greenberg Traurig, or big law in general?

Completed onsite interviews for the TAM role and recruiter gave me feedback that my technical depth wasn’t up to par for the role but my googleness/leadership and GCA interview feedback was stellar so they plan to propose me for Cloud PM roles instead. Does this happen? Or are they just being nice? What’s the probability that they’ll match me to another role?
