.they asked whether they can schedule interview on Wednesday....i said Yes.

But somehow I get schedule cancellation e-mail on or before Tuesday & the process continues from last 1.5 months

About month ago I was diagnosed with coronary artery disease (CAD) and had to go through cardiac catheterization to get a stent.
I am in mid 30s and it's unbelievable that i have got this. Have been quite down mentally for last few weeks, and don't think if I can sustain the consulting life anymore.
I am working hard to stop the progression of disease and potentially reverse it. Hope things work out.

Why can thanksgiving and Christmas be such harder days? I had a lovely day and am lucky enough that my latest bout of anxiety ended (more like mostly dissipated) about two months ago. I haven’t had high levels of depression in a while and I almost NEVER cry even when I’m depressed. Yet, I ended my day in tears today. Is this normal? I have so many blessings in life at the moment compared to other during such a horrible times bf really am appreciative. Is it guilt because others are suffering?

I’m struggling with coordinating my work and when I’ll be in my home state with my sessions because apparently I can only be seen when I’m physically in my home state. I think I have work trauma not sure how it’s clouding my ability to make decisions. I’ve had unstable work after being laid off from a company 3 years ago. I thought I worked out a plan to get to a stable place but my job is proving to be unstable yet again. I secured a FT role at another company but because it’s a lot less money I’m unsure because I feel very cynical about companies in general. I assume it’ll be just like all the rest but now I’ll just be making less and could get laid off.

When did you decide to get medicated? I have what I’d call “high functioning” depression and anxiety. See a therapist and all, but still deal with lows that seem hard to overcome for weeks on end - losing interest, hard to focus on work, sleeping difficulties, etc. Hard to tell when to make that decision!
