What do you think about 5G briefs and projects?
Anyone at BlackRock could advise me : I recently received an offer from them and background check is 75% done as per the recruiter and I can hand in my notice to the current employer. Do you recommend I should do it now or wait for background check to complete successfully? I have not done this before, so any guidance much appreciated. TIA! BlackRock

I work almost exclusively in our healthcare practice but for us that encompasses payer/provider, med tech, biopharma and pharma. Across those industries, it could be anything from ops to strategy to people/org work. Lengths of engagements are variable and could be anywhere from 3 weeks to 2 years.
As far as recruiting/hiring, we are absolutely sold out in North America at the moment and on a hiring spree, which included a big experienced hire push. You may want to strike while the iron is hot if interested :)
I should add that our healthcare work is focused mainly in the NE with some on the west coast. You may want to target Boston, NJ, or NY if you’d like to focus on HC
Thanks for that info BCG1! I will be striking ASAP.
BCG1 - are you split across all of the verticals within healthcare? Any insight on the Pharma practice?
I concentrate mostly on biopharma/pharma. I’ve done on provider case but that’s it. Do you have a specific question about the pharma practice?
@BCG1 - interested in biotech/pharma but currently in Federal health consulting. Doing a lot of client engagement work primarily as a project manager for a large systems integration project. Any advice on how to transition over to the commercial biotech/pharma space?
