Ice can be uncomfortable, but do it. Stretch your wrist and forearms (check YouTube vids for more on this). Try to minimize whatever repetitive movement you’re doing. I had to buy an electric toothbrush and use my non-dominant hand for like 2 months to brush my teeth because it got so bad.
Go see a doctor if you haven’t already— follow their instructions and don’t push it. Pushing it = setback.
Thanks! Yea the repetitive movements are deadly. Funny, teeth brushing never would’ve occurred to me as one of them

Ergonomic vertical mouse + Wrist pad for mouse + wrist par for keyboard + not working with flexed wrists (from bed / sofa / airplane) + strengthening exercises for wrist / arm muscles
I’ve switched to a vertical mouse. Weird at first, but life changing. $30 fixed 95% of my carpal tunnel.
In same boat as you OP. Sigh...
Mine is entirely work work work - I'm 33 and was super surprised how bad it hit me!
In addition to the great advice others offered, regular yoga can help stretch and strengthen wrists over time. Just take is slow in the beginning so you don’t make it worse.
