If you have cash that you want to invest. Please consider Treasury Series I Savings Bond (Electronic). Interest is 7.12% right now. While it's not guaranteed that the 7.12% will remain until next year, it's still a good deal.
My SO and I just invested 20k (10k max per person even married).

CSR is still p good imo. 10x back on hotels, 5x back on flights if you book through their portal. Draw back is that the Priority Pass scene is not great at ORD either
If you’re booking hotels through their portal, that 10x is Expedia points and replaces the hotel loyalty program. Book direct and pay with your card for 4.5% (when cashing out for travel) and get the loyalty status and points.
Second this. AMEX Platinum or Chase Sapphire Reserve. I just got 150,000 sign up bonus with AMEX -- not bad.
Amex platinum or chase Safire reserve

Honestly OP, Amex is still your best option. All the benefits of CSR or Venture X with the added bonus of Delta when you DO fly them. I frequently layover in ORD and they have a Delta lounge in T2.
United Club card isn’t a terrible option
They’re both pretty bad, but I agree
I’m so ignorant about this- what does amex have to do with delta?
Chief
Free access to Delta lounges with Amex, but only when flying Delta.
I have loved my CSP - had it for 3 months and the points add up quickly, especially if you use their travel portal, which is darn decent.
I think this gets you some additional referral points, if helpful - https://www.referyourchasecard.com/6/F0LI473BSE
