You will lose weight just as fast no side effects, trust me
OTC fat burners generally try to speed up your heart rate to artificially boost your metabolism. So you're taking low grade stimulants that have no direct correlation (that I'm aware of) to fat loss but which are proven to stress your CV system.
I'd strongly suggest against using gear unless you're already been going to the gym and hit your natural peak. Increase water intake, cardio (even low stress) calories deficit and the biggest thing is consistency
