Can a law firm in CA rescind an offer if background check reveals an omitted employment history? Worked at a firm for 2-3 months back in 2019 that wasn’t a good fit. Has anyone done a furnished rental before? I have a 2/1 802 sqft condo I’m looking to rent out and trying to decide on whether I should do a furnished rental w/ utilities included vs unfurnished and perhaps utilities included still.
