I have an offer from EY GDS for the Tax Technology Team as a Senior .Net Developer, Rank 42.

I wanted to know about the GDS Variable Pay Bonus (VPB) Program, in my offer it is 10%, is this component not part of the CTC?

Also, how is the work life balance in EY GDS for the Tax Technology Team members.

Hi all, I have internship offer from thoughtworks and intuit under returnee program in both companies.. Though there’s 3times compensation difference in stipend.. Intuit paying more… Conversion to FTE would happen after internship.. Intuit might give contractor role .. totally uncertain.. Which company should I join in long run.. I want to join Oracle for its brand, but Amadeus on the whole provides better benefits than Oracle like transportation, food facilities and better hikes. Is it true hikes in Oracle are terrible?

I have teams on my phone. Does this mean even when I’m not on my computer I show as available?
