Any idea what the average McKinsey & Company signing bonus is for BA offers, experienced hire in this case? Currently in interview process, recruiter said base is $125K and that’s hard-set, but that feels lower than what I’ve seen and heard online.

I’ve heard $30K for MBA associates but wondering what it is for experienced hires. I have 3 years of experience in consulting and work at another firm right now (think ZS, IQVIA, SKP, etc.)

I have cleared all 3-4 round of interviews in Apisero by 26 Dec. HR also taken all the documents like salary slips etc.

She said offer may take some time due to new year holidays. Now they are saying they have freezed all the new offers.

Is this correct? Apisero is not rolling out any new offers?

Making a move towards Managing Attorney position that they are considering hiring from outside the firm for. I'm going to make the case that they should promote from within and give me the position. I joined nagarro in July,22 and my first salary credited in aug,after that i was able to declare flexi and tax components ,then my second salary credited for sep month and it was very less ,bcoz of flexi declaration.but when i calculate declared flexi amount is ~25k ,as per nagarro it is tax saving component which you can claim later.but I am still not understanding why my executive allowance is very less this time from which ,i got in august 112000 and in sep it is ~21k in payslp

I went to the lease this last weekend. Not one drop of alcohol was had. That was the closest I’ve come to caving. 4 wheelers, killing dinner with big guns, doing manly things in God’s country. Beer is an absolute necessity during these events. Anyhow, I didn’t drink. Proud of myself. Monumental moment for me.
