Any insights on Everest Group? Especially for the role of senior analyst within their BPS domain. Online reviews mention limited exit opportunities, what exactly does it mean? Should I still go ahead with the opportunity?

I have 2 offers from siemens and tcs .Siemens pays 2 L bonus as extra but ctc part both are same.Which one to prefer as the Location for siemens in blore and tcs can be chennai.Im currently at chennai.
If i accept offer from tcs and not joined there then i can get into tcs in future because of rehire policies .I still have 40 more days to LWD.
I am thinking to reject tcs and wait for some other better offer pay or last choice to join in siemens .Please share your view Im consufed here

I recently gave an interview for Analyst role. Had a moderate experience tbh
Have heard people saying fewer exit opportunities since there are few research & advisory firms.
The work will be mainly in subscription research reports (60%) and custom research projects. (40%). If you are from KS team, then it might be good for you. If not, I suggest looking for other firms like Trinity, Viscadia, Sanofi, Merck etc
Understood, I think it makes sense. Thank you so much for helping out :)
I worked there as a senior analyst only but in different division. Yes, absolutely exit opportunities will be limited as its a niche field they work on. But yeah overall company is good and you can make a good career staying there itself
Yes, quite helpful. Thank you so much for sharing!
