I have got an offer from Luxoft and they have kept a probation of 3 months. Can someone please let me know do they have a probation for all employees.
Also my designation in my current organization is Deputy Manager and they have give me Sr. Consultant not very happy with the designation.

Unlikely, I spoke about doing that with my career coach after I got passed over for an early manager promo (have been staffed as a manager for well over a year so wanted the compensation if not the title) this year and was made a SA3A instead (my coach was leaving the firm after 13 years here so I felt to comfortable talking openly), she said more often than not, if you bring the firm an offer to match, they will wish you well but not match it, but she did note she has seen it go both ways in her time here.
I’ve helped engineer it for some 1-rated coachees at the Senior Associate and Manager level. I try to stay away from salary specifics and leave that between them and the partner but we’ve retained them about half the time.
So it is possible. However, you can’t expect to be able to do it more than once in a tenure at a firm.
