Tata Consultancy Infosys Cognizant Wipro I have completed all the technical and HR rounds and salary discussion, documents submission also done. But all of sudden got mail from hr saying that my profile is kept on hold. Any possibility that I will receive offer letter or it will be in hold forever? Meantime can I attend interview for other positions in hcl?

Do you have NS experience or other Oracle ERP experience? I wouldn't try to oversell experience in NS if you don't have it. Talk about other ERP experience. You can learn the tech parts that aren't that different pretty quickly. Knowing the business process + a tech background makes you pretty valuable quickly.
Thank you for your help 🙂
The interview is for Netsuite functional consultant role. Thus, wanted to check on what kind of incidents are usually raised by end users
Assuming it’s for a functional consultant role at Oracle, there are two different teams- implementation and Advanced Customer Support (ACS).
ACS you will have cases (synonymous with incidents or tickets). Usually they are for issues like building complex reports/saved searches , modifying existing scripts and workflows and advanced PDF work. Sometimes you may also have to configure a new module and train on it
For implementation roles there won’t be any tickets, cases or incidents. You will be setting up NetSuite for new clients. You will have multiple meetings to gather requirements and then demonstrate end to end processes in NetSuite. You will also guide the customer on preparing historical data and you will then import this data.
Depending on your seniority level , you may also have to design, validate , test and demo customizations to the system.
Feel free to reach out to me via DM if you have more questions
netsuite consultant here! If you have experience in NS definitely talk about the different roles you’ve played on your teams and specific process areas you’ve worked with
The main incidents with end users I have faced is either resistance to change (XM) and how we come in to ease that concern
