I got one of those Doppler things and now I’m all freaked out because I used it once and it was great heard the heartbeat and it was amazing. A week goes by and I tried for a second time today and can’t for the life of me find this little guy and now I’m all paranoid. I used the Doppler for 20 minutes total this evening - approx. 5-7 minutes each time trying to find him. I also just learned that using Dopplers longer than a few minutes or often can be bad for baby so stopped- very concerned 😔

For any of you real estate investors, what tools or sources did you learn from when getting started. Can’t find a mentor currently so want to find some highly recommended books or videos. If focused on the tri-state area (NY, NJ, Long Island mainly) that would be even better. My VP once told me not to pursue my MBA because she would teach me everything she knew. She never did. I am currently going for my SHRM SCP. I had a disbarred attroney interview for a assistant position. The conduct was effectively she had emotional issues, abandoned her clients and then was disbarred.
