What kind of work are you having to do that you need this. Comon now, this is work and not college. Work is a lifetime, college is 4 years. You can't do this for a lifetime. Find a balance please.

Don't take pills or anything. I struggled with that in college and that stuff is gonna deteriorate your brain. I like to listen to the same song over and over again (preferably high beats per min) because then it makes time go by faster for me. It works for me might be good for you to try

I think PWC is onto something with the walnuts - I have a teaspoon or so of coconut oil first thing in the morning. Supposedly the healthy fats go straight to your brain
