Just graduated with Aerospace Engineering degree. I am interviewing for multiple positions at once with different companies. One gave me an offer and they want me to get back to them within 2 days. I still have other interviews scheduled and some for higher paying jobs (around 90k) What should I do?
I do like the company that gave me an offer but their base pay was 80k and they went up to 85k. Is asking for them to match the 90k too much? The position is associate systems engineer.

What are some alternative more independent options that one can use a school counseling MA degree towards? I am thinking consulting… or research as I am think about perusing my PhD… but in the meantime, let me know your ideas? Thanx

Hello, I am a junior business administrator working in advisory operations. I have been with the company for 6 months, and was employed along with 2 other colleagues. I have picked the job up really fast and am even doing some “extra curricula’s” I really love my job. However I have recently found out I am being paid the same as an apprentice on my team, I usually do at 3 x the work he does whilst also doing my Cert CII. Restarting my keto journey!! Lost about 5kg the first time I did it last year, then got lazy and fat and now want to lose 10kg!

I’ve hit a plateau on the keto diet (no weight loss in 3 months). So in addition to walking 5 miles a day (been doing this since month 2), on Sunday I started a Beachbody HIIT workout with weights (21 day fix real time). It’s 30 min workout daily and I’m two workouts in and I can barely move. Also, the muscle cramps are for real! Drinking about 80 ounces of water a day and I soaked in an Epsom salt bath last night, any other tips?

Has anyone tried easing off of the keto diet after a while into a healthy/balanced diet with more carbs? Do you gain all the weight back if you are smart about portioning and nutrients?

What is the optimal time frame for doing Keto - 4 weeks vs 8 weeks? How do you sustain the weight loss after leaving Keto and getting back to normal diet routine?

Keto strips recommendations? Other testing approach recommendations? Thanks! (Day 2 closing up!)

Feel like I’ve hit a plateau at 18 lbs total over 2 months. I keep it under 20g carbs per day. Have an indulgence maybe every 2 weeks (usually during a work event, gotta have a beer with the ‘bros’)

Fell off the keto track for this week, any suggestions on how to get back on track?

Have been on Keto for 3 mo. Just had my cholesterol checked and it‘s >2x what it was 6 mo ago - more than double what’s considered high. Dr very worried and says I need to stop Keto or take meds....

Sooo I started following Vinny from Jersey Shore on IG (aka the KetoGuido). I have to admit, I like the guy a lot more now... Any other (perhaps more reputable) social media influencers to follow?
