This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

The whole thing is a complete red flag! WOE would they offer you a position w/o any interviews? Screams fraud to me.
Yeah same company. Trying to get a sense of the company’s culture through this offer or if anyone has experienced something similar. It seemed off they would ask me if I would accept a lower range than what I already I gave them during the first interview with HR. The position isn’t something I currently specialize in but was interested in this role to learn more in this are, but I have 5 YOE in this field.
What’s the company? Just look into them, doesn’t seem super legit based on what you shared

I’ve heard of this recruiter before even though I haven’t worked with them myself (I don’t have particular feedback about them but at least ‘they exist’ I guess). Honestly it’s not great they’re lowballing you… and as to the hourly position being a better fit, do you agree with them or is it perhaps an ‘inferior’ role? I wouldn’t scream fraud but overall it’s not a great look for them and if I were in your shoes I would be very careful and/or critical
