Original position was salaried and the job offer was for an hourly role with the potential for overtime. Was told since my experience was primarily in one area that the hourly role would be a better fit and was asked what lower $$$ range I would consider compared to the original range I gave HR.

My manager has given me rating 1 in confirmatory appraisal on may 18 may which happened after completion of 1 year at wipro.
I raised the issue of rating with my manager immediately , he convinced me not to worry , ratings are already submitted , I asked him to resubmit cause i don't deserve rating 1
So he said he will look if that is possible but didn't changed .Now after 3 months they are pressurizing me to put a resignation,what should i do?
