Then when im scoped over work that my CD and I oversee, some people are asking me how does my role differ from the CD’s, as they tend to look at me as an unnecessary layer for approvals. Thinking of switching employers. I have joined wipro on 31st Jan 2022 so as per 6 month calculation my probation period will end on 31st July 2022.

If before 31st July I am putting down papers my Notice period woud be of one months right and not 3 months since my probation ends after 31st.

As per offer letter it's mentioned in probation notice period is of 30 days.

Please let me know if my understanding is right ?
