OP great offers! Tbh each Big4 will relatively be same when it comes to WLB/benefits. Was in D IAM/PAM and overall IMO great group. I would go with the higher comp. Also checkout bonuses from my understanding D I have seen to have better bonus potential. Congrats! Cant go wrong with any of them.
Was at D. Moved to startup but may make move back
I would say look at what you have in investments and see which firm will cause you to take the biggest hit to your portfolio. Everyone of them will have audit clients that you won’t be able to hold stock in once you start. I know a lot of people that were shocked once they realized that they had to dump their stock in some pretty good companies.
20+ years in IT, 15 in security. WLB is good but tech and pace move slowaf and lots of nose poking in projects by other people just looking to justify their own salaries. If micromanaging hours (it’s still EY) and endless bureaucracy doesn’t drive you crazy - it’s not a bad place to ride out a career.
Cyber at D is hands down the most highly regarded in CIO surveys out of all consulting firms. Higher than McK risk.
Are those SM offers? Those are extremely high salaries for a Cyber manager, just curious.
EY 3 - do you mind sharing your base salary?
Dont choose PwC
D1... I’m at 175K as a manager in cyber. External hires get PAIIIID.
D2 - can you give us average TC/ annual bonus?
Man are we seriously the lowest 😣
Left D over half year ago but it seems like things are worse than before where staff are underpaid, overworked and are leaving in droves (based on what I have seen in the D and consulting fishbowls)
As a M, you will have to deal with all of the above leading your project.
What is the TC for each?
How do benefits compare?
How does promotions compare?
Which one has better exit opportunity?
Then why am I not considered good enough for other companies when I have several years at D, certs, and a clearance?
Your resume probably screams public sector only and your emphasis on certs scream “I belong in SOC ops only”.
Focus on outcomes, work on different projects, and then try again when you have diversity of experience and the ability to articulate your value.
