McKinsey & Company I am joining the McKinsey & Company Boston office in late July and searching for housing in the meantime. If I could get some insight on the ratio of days in the office vs work from home that would be super helpful!
If I need to come into the office regularly I will try to find a place close by.

A few options and ideas:
1) see if you’re able to find or book a conference room or office space in advance to use
2) see if your office already has a meditation space. If not, advocate for anyone to use as a meditative or prayer space with HR. There is probably research you can leverage on how this is beneficial to employees.
3) I’ve also used the mothers room/lactation room as I’m also a mom when I was breastfeeding. But there may be an option to use that space after the moms are done using it.
It’s your time to be that confident brother/sister. Start something and reap the endless rewards
No, salah has set times. You should not delay it and it has precedence over everything. I have found my co-workers to be super accommodating when it comes to prayer. Using a conference room is always a good option or praying near your desk space - people are actually respectful and tolerant. Don’t let fear or the shaytan’s whispers make you delay your salah, it’s the first deed that we will be questioned about and Allah in many verses mentions the importance of guarding our prayers. As my grandma always said, an appointment with your lord is more important than your job.

Go read the Quran, plenty of references there.
Salaam! I believe that every office space is required to have a “quiet room” or “mothers room”. As a F, I would use the mothers room to pray in when it wasn’t occupied.
I just pray at home. when work is done.
