I’m currently a Grade 11 at Cisco. With the recent pay structure changes my annual comp will be $150k + 12% bonus. I live in a large metro area in the middle of the US. I’m looking to move around the company so that I can make commission but I don’t want to be an account manager. Can anyone tell me if there are Customer Success Managers, etc positions that manage customers post sale and have a similar range base as me with commission plans? I have been talking to a recruiter for a little over a month about a position. I let her know out the gate that I really wasn’t looking to change jobs, but she just kept wanting to continuing the conversation. My current CTC was 11.27 LPA with LWD on 28th Feb in Wipro and I am expecting 20 LPA from TCS
My YOE is 9.7 Years in SAS/SQL/SAS Macros.

Hello all! I am looking for a job in finance/investments, but I’m having trouble attracting attention from employers. I have a finance degree from UGA, but all of my experience (3.5 years) is in sales (tech and real estate), so no relevant internships unfortunately. Any advice on how to market myself better and where I should be looking would be greatly appreciated!

Is it true that some* debt is good debt. I’m referring to student loans, interest is ranging from 2% - 5% (all federal loans). Total is 20k, is it smarter to pay it off immediately and ASAP or just stretch and put the extra money into investing? Note I just graduated this year, thank you guys :)
