Anybody take BEC recently? I’m overwhelmed with the content…there’s so much random stuff and so many equations. Any tips? What is normally tested heavily?

Have you passed any parts yet?

Sidenote: I’m curious, what is a “principal associate”?

F

Know WACC, variances and breakeven point. I’ve seen these topics the 2 times I’ve taken the test.

Thank you!

IT is always in there

I failed with a 60 and was weak in all areas except IT which is absolutely grand coming from the person who barely understands her computer.

Studying right with you.
My brush up areas were econ and IT for easy points. And trying to drill in on WACC, variances, and some other calcs. Was trying to learn EUs yesterday and think that went OKish.

I can't seem to memorize COGs calculation though or most of the other parts of cost 😮‍💨 it's not like they're hard, but with the looming deadline and pressure, I just can't focus...

I’ve been depressed for years now and this past week I lost a dog I’ve had for 15 years; he was one of the only bright spots in my life and I’ve just found it so hard to focus or motivate myself on anything after this. I genuinely feel like I’m at rock bottom, Idk if I’m crazy to feel that way bc of a dog but I used to be able to control this and put up a front but now my depression and anxiety are starting to leak into my work conversations completely unintentionally, I wish this would stop :(

With my wife for 14 years, 2 kids under 8y - both under a lot of pressure bc Covid/work/private life/… and have been (unconsciously) running away from our couple not working “since a long time” (dixit my wife). We want to try and fix it, but I also met someone new (not sure if she would even want me) and wondering if it’s worth fixing it (since we are trying/running/avoiding it for years) - just worried about the kids…any advice
