Hi there - drop your education to the bottom. Looks like you are several years out so work experience should come first. Rewrite your work experiences to focus on achievements, not just job responsibilities. Formatting could use some spicing up too. This looks like the format law students use; it's ok to show some originality. I would also start with a brief paragraph at the top providing a 2-3 sentence pitch/explainer about your experience. Not an objective statement, more like a professional summary. And when you are ready to apply to jobs, tailor your resume to actual job postings to include keywords (qualifications) they mention.
I’m more than ten years out and got the advice to do education, bar admissions, honors, etc. in a left column - people are used to reading web sites so that they know to look to that - and it gives more space in the middle for the important stuff like work experience and publications/presentations. It looks pretty slick.
Also, if you’ve got a specific practice area then put under your name at the top that your an XX lawyer “Trade Secrets Attorney”
