My LWD with TCS is 10 June, I currently hold a offer of Cognizant of 18.3LPA and promise to send me at Onsite within 6 months, apart from this I have offer from TalentCafeSolution- Client JC Penny(26.85 Fixed), Infocepts (26.5LPA, 5% variable), Nice Software Solutions(25.98LPA,10% variable) , ACS Solutions(26LPA,5%), Allianz(25LPA). I accepted a 95k systems engineer role in VA with KBR and is currently going thru a clearance.(MAY START DATE)
Northrop offers me 92k w/ 3k sign on which is 30 min from home in MD for an associate systems role. They also want to give me a clearance but it will start as an interim so I can work sooner than may. MY DILEMMA: Kbr states that they know I need money now so I can accept an offer with Northrop to see if I like it until may.BUT can I have 2 security clearances running at the same time?

I work for a late stage(ipo) start up, earlier this year we were acquired & since then they got rid of our yearly bonuses and gave us an ESOP grant.
2 RIFs later we are almost bare bones. Since we are coming up on our usual yearly evaluations many of us assumed (with multiple conversation from our managers) that pay raises and promotions were due.
In a recent All hands we found out that this year there will be no pay raises nor promotions based off merit. Is it time to jump ship?
