We flew back from Ireland today on Delta. Our connecting flight from JFK at 6:10 was cancelled while we were flying over the Atlantic Ocean, and we were rebooked on a 3:40 instead (2.5 hours earlier) but not notified. My psychiatrist today revealed to me that I may have ADHD, still a hypothesis that he is still exploring but from my personal experiences and discussions with therapist, it seems likely.

31 M 5 foot 8 200 lbs. muscular build. I want to get to 180 and know strength will take a hit. Has anyone experienced weight loss while maintaining muscle mass? Lifting 4-6 times a week for 45 mins. Cardio 1-2 times and that’s like a 15-20 min walk at most. Diet 75% vegan. How can I drop this weight? So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me.
