I’ve been working as a contract TAS for 6 months in a medical device company. I started part time and as it became busier/my trainer quit, I became full-time. I applied for the TA position through corporate and would like some insight. the company is short staffed and my site specifically does not have good TA retention. For the salary expectation, I put in 85k which is in the range. I’m currently at 64k which is below the minimum of the range. Is this realistic?

The work here is too stressful and there is absolutely zero WLB. So I decided to start looking out again. However I am not getting good interview calls. Are most companies not hiring now ? Or could it because my CTC is too high ?

Bonus - 10LPA (over 2 years)
RSU-137 (over 4 yrs) worth 13.5 LPA,standard Amazon vesting

I moved to my current company just a month back but Amazon process was in progress, so leaving in probation. I don't think they considered TC of my current company (17 LPA from 7.5 LPA) as it's been just a month. Any views regarding the offer and TC offered.

Joining a big firm next week as fully remote lateral and flying out to home office for orientation. The schedule has me in office until 4:15. I’ve already been told I won’t have any actual work. The Boone County Board of Education approved a new pay schedule for all district SLPs, certified and classified, making their pay equitable with Rank 1 teacher certified pay. Congratulations to the SLPs on their advocacy!

Make sure to call your state legislators at 1-800-372-7181 and encourage them to support funding of the SLP salary supplement. It has been approved in the House budget but is under negotiation in the Senate. Urge your state Senator to vote in support of the SLP salary supplement.

The SLP Salary Supplement funding for KY school SLPs was signed into law today. After 11 years, the SLP salary supplement is fully funded which will allow SLPs to begin receiving a $2000 supplement next school year.
