I'm curious what the average salary is for an Associate Agent. I'm licensed & do everything after the sale is made as well as refer new business. I have 14 years in the industry but have been at the current company less than a year, so I know that plays a part as well. Anyone in a like-position by chance?State Farm Allstate Travelers

I'm convinced part of the problem is that the flu going around this year is just incredibly contagious. I tried to be careful and avoid crowds and wash my hands and so on, and I still got flattened by it. I couldn't believe how sick I was a few weeks ago, and I'm still not feeling like I'm 100 percent back to normal. I'm sure being around people is problematic, but the severity of the strain of flu seems to be the real culprit.

My family had it and it was terrible. I was down for 10 days and was still testing positive for it. Had to go back to the doctor because I wasn't getting better and they checked again. It was crazy.
I think it's just that time of the year where everybody is sick and we're all passing it around. And nobody is staying home when they are ill like I thought would happen after Covid. I guess we didn't learn anything, lol.

Honestly was a pretty healthy guy before COVID and then during COVID never got sick for like a year. The healthiest my family has ever been during that year/year and a half. After COVID it's like our immune system isn't as strong and get sick more often now. I think it was because we weren't around as much sickness so our immune systems didn't continually develop over the time.
I'm still dealing with long covid 3 years after my last infection, and it has destroyed my immune system. I think it's way more common than people realize.
I think it is a combination of things: the buildings are not properly ventilated, kids bringing germs home, coworkers who do not properly care for themselves or dress during the cold winter months, and / or coworkers who do not or can't take sick time off whether paid or unpaid.
🤣🤣🤣I am sick year round, rather it's allergies or a cold And I work from home. I work in the field so between environmental things, people's homes, and people in general it is not avoidable
