Anyone else noticing a lot of ghost jobs? There are a few companies I have on my radar and I practically live on their job boards. But I notice there are a handful of roles that keep popping up or just never seem to be filled.

I left bedside nursing and the hospital 2 years ago. I don't feel guilty about it and honestly this pandemic
has convinced me to never return.
