Any advice on setting and keeping boundaries? As I’m nearing the end of maternity leave, I’m realizing that I am going to need to be much, much better about protecting my time. I’m also realizing that I could have set reasonable boundaries years ago, but I didn’t think I could at the time. Just was promoted and wondering if that’s too much cash to hold onto AND if contributing to a Roth makes sense.
