Anyone fly out of DCA lately (domestic)? How was it compared to pre COVID? Have a flight tomorrow afternoon and trying to figure out what time I need to get there

The whole checkin area has moved and so has TSA which has made it a lot nicer and quicker. The bigger issue has been lots of delays and cancellations out of DCA the last few weeks

like

Quicker than most airports

I got in pretty quickly through security the last time I was there.

When the TSA line has 2 agents instead of 1, it moves quickly

Hello everyone I have 29 years as a dental professional in Texas. I started as a dental assistant back in 1993. As my career progressed as a RDA, I moved to the front office and eventually management. I even taught dental assistants and became the Program Director of a DA program. COVID opened up remote work for me, I manage eclaims, claims corrections and billing for two offices. $20 per hour, no bonuses or incentives, I know I am not getting paid enough! Any input would be appreciated.

I was working at a Hotel one night & I saw a man appearing on two different floors, then in the stairwell. The man was in his 70’s or 80’s. He was wearing nothing but tidy whiteys. When he got to the front desk I asked “is everything alright? Are you okay?” (Assuming he may be senile),He wasn’t senile, he went swimming & wanted to make me uncomfortable and started to flirt while in his sopping wet see through tidy whiteys- and of course I had to clean up the water he tracked through the lobby.

Need advice, my brother and his wife have a three month old and aren't the most cautious parents with my nephew. Yesterday, my SIL was giving him a bath and just left him in the tub on the counter to go run upstairs for something. Granted, the water came up to his chest and his head was angled out of the tub, bit still. Also, they leave him on the couch and walk away. I'm worried that when he starts rolling over he'll fall off because they will have developed this bad habit...

Okay, it’s time to stop putting on a face about this. I love my boyfriend so much, but covid is ruining us. We are both still WFH and argue every few days about the dumbest stuff. My stomach hurts every time we fight and I (independent of him) feel so stuck in this horrible global crisis. I don’t want to lose him, but I need to figure out how to dig us both out of this unsustainable mental state.

Food for thought: the US is actually one of the most racially conscious places I’ve ever lived. Not saying we don’t have a LONG way to go and that there isn’t immediate important work needed.
But the amount of allies this movement has is incredible. Keep in mind this is just my experience and may not represent others- however, in many of the other places I’ve lived or traveled to, racism is almost tacitly accepted. You wouldn’t have people calling out taxi drivers for ignorance for example
