INSEAD interview tips?
Got an offer for Electronic Arts (EA) Manager for North America (Canada) remote for 100k base CAD, 15 percent bonus and around low 40ks RSU (assuming it's USD). How much higher can the base be in Canada for EA for a Manager role? Base seems low even at 110 CAD. It's a corporate role so not anything technical or product related. Most or all the more senior managers are in the USA. Electronic Arts (EA)
I’m looking for an opportunity that offers work life balance and remote. Preferably 24-30 hours a week so I can spend a couple of days a week with my kids while they’re little. I know this will be a pay cut, but I’m hoping someone can offer me guidance. I have a lot of customer service, inside sales, and training experience. I’d love a role in onboarding or a benefits specialist, but my degree is not HR related so it’s hard to find a place I can transition my career too. My work ethic is great!Google

Worked at Apple, the people are very polished and the same is expected of your work. Meaning if it’s going to take that extra time to avoid any errors and make it look perfect, you’re expected to. Also expected to be contactable/willing to work late into the night if needed.
It’s pretty much what you’d expect. Nothing crazy week over week but definitely some busy days.
Expect to get your 40 hours in and then some. It does depend on your role though and what org you're in. I hear the devs, techies and PMs have it worse than others.
Apple always demands extra work and a higher level of detail. If you take pride in your work, it's good. If you actually cherish your free time...you may not be as happy.
When I was a PgM it was very chill. Like 30-35 hour weeks. I even took a whole Friday off (not officially) to go jet skiing for my bf birthday and took a zoom meeting call when we docked for an hour. Not even joking. Guess it’s team dependent.
yeah, it's very much team dependent from what I've seen
