I have offer from Nagarro for 32 LPA(1.6 variable) and another from Turing of 34 LPA (2.5 Variable) I don't want to Join Turing, but can I negotiate with Nagarro based on Turing offer to increase my package? Or is it too risky since I don't have any other offer. What are chances if negotiation fails they(Nagarro) resind the offer?

I used to be an SC in CBC (Cognizant Business Consulting) and a M in their Emerging Business Accelerator. If you end up in CBC, rates are similar to big 4 (albeit in the lower end). M in any other group outside of CBC is usually about 40% lower than peers.
If I get promoted from BA to SC what would be my salary range
Much lower than Big 4. About 115k for an MBA hire versus 145k at a big four and these are on the high end of the SC band. M range is 110 to 140.
I concur ^.
CBC pays slightly better than Cognizant in general. However they don't pay as well as Deloitte.
It'll be hard to break $135k for Senior Consultant, and $150k for Manager. I'm talking about base salary.
CBC pays up to 200% of bonus target during good years to top performers. Bonus targets however are roughly 10% to 15% of base for Senior Consultants.
^good years. They just had a shit ton of layoffs and the pipeline of work isn’t as strong anymore (not to mention it’s mostly shit work based on implementation and staff aug). The year long focus from the Trump admin on outsourcing doesn’t help their case either.
Thanks everyone
Raises are maybe 10-15% during a promotion and 3-5% otherwise. So maybe 95k if you were promoted through and started at 70k as a BA. BA is an associate band at cognizant, consultant is a senior associate and senior consultant is manager so its two levels higher.
