What is the salary progression for product managers at meta?

Hi all. I'm interviewing with an early stage healthcare SaaS company and have been assigned a take home case. How much time is reasonable to spend on it? I could obviously spend 40+ hours if I wanted to be as thorough as humanly possible, but I'm wondering how often people tend to spend. 10 hours? 20? Any insight would be appreciated.

Do you have any rules of thumb for what to do with bonuses? After taxes & 401k contributions, I’m trying to decide what to do- looking at balancing: 1)immediate gratification 2)long term wealth creation & 3)mid term savings such as expensive home projects and/or future down payments on next home. Sitting on ~$30k post tax/401k bonus and trying to decide how to allocate across 3 areas. Also deciding if it makes sense to set a standard for me and my wife(similar comp) to follow for future bonuses.

My wife went to consulate today for visa stamping. Her h4 approval is still pending with uscis but i am on h1b and my approval notice has come. Will that be an issue for my wife’s visa to be stamp at the receipt notice?

I recently graduated from school and got a job in HR because I thought it was what I wanted, but I’m realizing now that I don’t love what I do. My wife is pregnant with our second child. She has a good job and health insurance. I went out on my own doing criminal defense so I could help with our first child. Our daughter has been sick a lot. I don’t make as much as wife. Now with second one the cost of daycare will double. Is crazy to run the numbers and think Maybe I shoul be stay home dad? I don’t want give up all the years I have spent on being lawyer. Is there an area of law I could work at nights, weekends, one day a week?
