Anyone have any advice for making friends outside of the vet community?

I stopped contracting late last year to take a sales gig, and while I'm decent at the sales bit, I've never been in one location for longer than a few months in my past jobs and I'm finally settling in.

I'm not even a "vet bro", I just find myself getting annoyed by people my age or younger. All they do is complain over things they can easily control. The lack of accountability just angers me.

So any tips?

Hi All, I have cleared all rounds for GSK and am being offered grade 7, and HR Hasn’t released the offer yet and asking my expectations. He hasn’t given me the full range. I have 9 + years of exp, and CCTC is 20.7 fixed, last year I got 40% bonus on top of my CTC. What is the range which GSK can offer for grade 7? And will it offer 7a or 7b or anything else? Please help!

During 2016, I was selected for wipro as a fresher undergone training, but I did not clear the training exams, so wipro terminated me.During tht time I created NSR profile, after tht I joined another MNC as fresher. I never mentioned wipro exp as previous exp anywhere. Now recently I got a offer frm wipro. here also I did not tell that I was earlier termined by wipro.If wipro asks me to provide NSR details during my joining, does NSR have my previous exp in their db? Does it affect my joining with wipro?
