Is everyone leaving ad agencies these days or our value just increased in the industry. Getting too many recruiters in my inbox these days . Trying to understand where this is coming from.

I get great feedback on interviews but I never get the full-time job. What am I doing wrong?

Is anyone else having the worst time switching jobs? I’ve been applying for a year and haven’t gotten any job offers even though I get interviews. If anyone knows of a headhunter I could reach out to though I’d be so appreciative! I’m so frustrated….

Waiting to hear from Novartis on a job I interviewed for 2 weeks ago. They emailed me a Conflict of Interest Form to sign last week, which got me thinking an offer was coming but I'm still waiting. Thoughts on whether this form means anything? I daydream about quitting my current toxic job :/

How do you deal with an HR that ghosts you after 3 interviews that went really well? I landed an offer at Deloitte as a sr. consultant, and then negotiated for a managerial role. I was told all interviewers were really happy with me so she would be glad to arrange a reevaluation for the new role(I was interviewed by 2 Sr. Managers & an MD for Sr. Consultant role and will have to take another round with a partner for the managerial position). I tried following up thrice after, no response.

I had interviewed with PwC India for Business Analyst role at Pune location, my both Manager round and Client round went well. However I have still not received any call/ offer from HR. I did call the HR she told me that they have not heard back from the Client.
Any idea how much time does the HR can take if they want to give offer.
My last working day is on this Friday and will have to join other company on Monday if dnt received offer from PwC. Please guide me.

I received a call from Infosys after 20 days of interview for offer discussion, I was ok with the offer , HR said she will get back, what can I expect next?

First round cleared in november 2021, then HR called after 2 months for second round in Jan 22, now discusses the salary after 2-3 weeks and then again says to get back.
No communication courtesy, just randomly calls up. Any thoughts on What might be going on? Is this how gartner process works?

Does anyone have any advice on how to deal with discrimination as an Asian in the workplace? In my company it seems like it’s a white boys club where and they just promote white ppl because they’re white. And then they have a lower bar for promotions for minorities (traditional minorities likes Hispanics and African Americans). Meanwhile they make Asians do all the work. I am looking for a new job. I currently work with product data and I utilize vlookup and trim functions more than anything else. Including SQL queries that are already written for my needs. It's the same everyday and I'm done. I'm a quick learner - only earning 53k a year.
