I’ve worked at AT&T as a sales consultant for 6 years and 8 months where we prospect, uncover, and close on leads. I’ve used Salesforce for the past 4 years during my tenure. I’ve done B2B sales where I’ve received awards for it for 2 years consecutively. Loads of troubleshooting, uncovering needs through consultative styled selling, and tech app subscriptions.
I was wondering if I have the necessary skills to transition into a tech sales role. If so, what would be the best role/fit for me?Amazon Salesforce Google @

I assume it is dependent on team/org, but I was told by a recruiter that a Strategy Director role within IngenioRx had a budgeted base of 115-145K with a 12.5% bonus.
This doesn’t sound like a director of people. It sounds like a director with an individual contributor role. Director of people titles at EH start with Director, xxx (where xxx is the type of role you are a director of like Director, Provider Network). When the word “Director” is at the end of the title in the case of Strategy Director, that is a IC role, not director of people. This is why the job grade/salary sounds low for this IC position. Hope this helps.
A close relative is a Director at a competitor, obviously location matters. SoCal based 150k should be starting base + sign on bonus (not guaranteed). Healthcare Managment experience 15+ years.
