I would like to hit fire between 40-50. Currently 27, 185k total comp (125 for me and 60 for partner). Like my job don’t hate it don’t love it. Does an MBA make sense? Can someone explain the difference between FB’s Partner Solutions Manager and the Strategic Partner Manager? From an initial recruiter call, it seems the SPM provides the consultative product recs while the PSM onboards the client onto that product and tracks performance to provide actionable recs as needed. Anyone know career growth and salary for these two? I don’t want a sales heavy/only lateral growth role like their client solutions manager roles so these seem like good compromises?

Early in the process with dream exit companies(A), closer to an offer with another company(B). (B) would be an alright progression and ~35% increase, but less than expected from (A) and also might not be the best long term career move. Assuming the offer from (B) comes through, and before I could reasonably delay to get to the offer stage with (A) should I decline, and if so any tips on how to not be a jerk. Leaning towards waiting for (A) but want to make sure I'm not being foolish.

When I tell recruiter about other offer should I mention company name or that their a direct competitor or just say I have another offer?
