Anyone have experience working with WhatsApp, or have ever worked with one of their recruiters?

I got a recruitment email from "recruit@wastaffingsolutions.com", which seems a little sus to me but also don't want to ignore if it's legit.

The email content itself doesn't seem that off, but I also couldn't easily find the recruiter's name on LinkedIn associated with the specific "Head of Recruitment" job title.

What’s the best way to make your email stand out to a recruiter?

How long does it take to hear back for additional FDD interviews after you had your first interview (with just one person)? Assuming they are going to line up more interviews.

Is it a red flag to interview with a potential new agency that I'd have to move to a different state for and they never give you a chance to ask any questions or fly you out to meet in person?

This first interview is a 30 minute HR screen. It is for a marketing position. Anyone have any words of advice or thoughts on the interview process? Any thoughts on the culture. Just became an ACD. Im in a limbo. Half of the time im being treated as a Super Senior AD and the other half im being treated as a Almost CD. Then when im scoped over work that my CD and I oversee, some people are asking me how does my role differ from the CD’s, as they tend to look at me as an unnecessary layer for approvals. In a way, i do the job so well that i get asked to do more AD projs and guide more projs — but then: wtf does my CD do? They mostly just 👍🏻what i direct n approve
