Anyone have insights into Director level role at Facebook? I'm currently a PPMD and have been looking at SVP and EVP roles at other companies. I'm not specifically hung up on title but more concerned about the substance of the role (scope, responsibilities, seniority, budget, team, etc.). FB has been very vague and generally focusing on "its FB so its different " as an answer. They also have not confirmed if they can match base comp, they only talk about upside from equity. Any thoughts?

I’m in discussions to become the GC of a mid size but international company that does ~$1 billion in annual revenue. Smallish legal department. They’ve asked for my comp expectations.
