Join any dam company in world but dont join lala company HCL. Worked there for 20 days only last yr and 1year later i got my relieving letter after multiple tortures of legal notices for not serving notice period even though when they themselves released me.. from 160k to 0 that i paid them. I am with Deloitte USI for 1yr 9 months now as an Analyst. When should I expect promotion and what % of hike to expect?

I applied for a job at Visa and was contacted the same day. A few days later I had a 30-minute screening interview with the hiring manager. I knew I was very early in the process since the job had only been posted for a few days. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back, even after reaching out to the recruiter. Have I been ghosted or is there still hope? Does anyone at Visa have insights? Looks like there are a ton of jobs posted so maybe they are just backed up?

I’m thinking about moving from the US to Australia or New Zealand. I want to apply to the MBB firms or B4 strategy. Does anyone have any insight as to how much they’re hiring at the moment?

I'm waiting for an offer letter from another company, am currently on bench and based out of bangalore. Had following questions:

1) will Deloitte usi provide early release or ask me to complete full 2 months of notice period?
2) my new company will be in bangalore, can i still ask for relocation amount considering in Deloitte it was wfh?

Does anyone feel like they don’t want to go back to normal? On the one hand, absolutely I want to. I miss seeing friends, dressing up, going out, and traveling for work. On the other hand I have saved so much money over the past year, spent a lot more time with family than I would have ever been able to, and actually rested and been able to focus on my wellness (started therapy and treatment for a chronic condition.)
