Hi all, does anyone know of any recruiters or hiring managers that work in Affirm Inc. I've been applying for a couple of jobs with them . The role I have applied for I know lam a extraordinary fit for
100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.

Great insight…
I believe VP base is 140-180
A&M
Analyst TC 150-250, +/- some depending on utilization and take home %
Associate TC 250-350 +/- some
Would bet you’d likely come in as an analyst w/ No Rx experience, but would certainly depend on office and actual experience you have.
Unlikely you’ll be brought in as a VP without any Rx experience or with only 4 YOE. You could be considered for a consultant level though. Unsure about the comp structure at that level
The levels (banking-equivalents) are: Consultant (Analyst), VP (Associate), SVP (VP), Director (Director), MD (MD)
