Hi,
I had received a shortlisting call from Axis Bank. The HR told me link will be shared where I need to update my documents.
I didn't receive any link and HR confirmed that there is some system issue hence link has not come.
Now, it has been 4-5 days, HR is not receiving my calls.
Is someone aware about such issue with Axis Bank HR portal? Axis Bank Ltd

My neighbor worked in their IT area. He found the bureaucracy and politics worsening after the Boots alliance in 2014, and left. He joined a former WBA VP, who opened their own firm, and finds it’s a much better focus.
This is a sample size of 1, so take it for what it’s worth.
I’ve heard that from other people who work on the IT side. The tech stack is archaic.
Second the above comments. Worked on a 2 month project there and it was brutal (within IT). Every little group is basically it’s own fiefdom with senior leaders constantly bickering about process on doing work rather than actually getting things done
Are they moving to the old post office building?
Not sure, the job postings I’m seeing are for Deerfield but could be moved later on
That commute would kill me.
Agreed, I would definitely ask if I’d be working out of the post office building or if I can just work remote 3 days out of the week whenever we do end up back at the office
I’ve heard a decent wfh policy (I don’t work there but have quite a few friends that do). I was told most areas are given at least 2 days a week wfh, but I’d confirm and see if you can get more.
I worked on a project there and would not recommend. WBA is a large org and the different groups don’t always get along.
Very political. Worked there for 5 years
