What are the disadvantages of transferring my Accenture employee Alight managed retirement account to a "self directed" brokerage account at Alight Financials?

I was a little annoyed at the limited options available and was thinking of moving it over.

Back in May 2021, I rented a property that had sustained damage during the big snow storm. This wasn't disclosed at lease signing. The home leaked every time it rained, mold was found in the home & the LL failed to make repairs that resulted in me falling down a flight of stairs. Folks, investing newbie here. Planning on using the Bogleheads recommended 3 fund portfolio. Opened a tIRA with Fidelity and have been reading about their 4 fund portfolio which is in line with Bogleheads.

I just received an offer to lateral into banking. How does independence affect the stocks I currently own? If I join and my stocks are on a restricted list will I have to sell them? Or will I be limited to being unable to buy more/sell any during the course of my employment.

However, their version of refinancing student loans has changed in the last couple years so now they offer you a personal line of credit. Is it a bad idea to refinance with a line of credit vs a regular student loan refinancing?

In DXC, PF amount is not credited in to EPFO directly.
We have UAN and it looks like not activated.
How can we transfer PF amount from DXC to EPFO portal?
There is no relevant response from DXC till date.
