Anyone here know the Microsoft H1B transfer timelines.. submitted all my docs and questionnaire on 01/10 and they said they are preparing for filing on 01/14. I also sent them my last 3 pay slips on 01/14.... any idea how long it takes to file the petition?

I am on a project where the other designer I work with is incredibly moody and condescending. He’ll say one thing behind my back to my boss on how ‘proud he is of my abilities’ to support the project, but then is rude, condescending, dismissive, says things like ‘I don’t know what you’ve done with your time, you’ve work ten hours I don’t see it reflective here, too many useless meetings, consult with our media team too often, etc’. Told my boss, went no where.
