Anyone here know the Microsoft H1B transfer timelines.. submitted all my docs and questionnaire on 01/10 and they said they are preparing for filing on 01/14. I also sent them my last 3 pay slips on 01/14.... any idea how long it takes to file the petition?

My H1b is up for renewal in Jun 2022, can I switch jobs before renewal and what does the new company have to do? If they're transfering my H1b do they need to apply for renewal as well? Or would it be recommended to wait until the renewal?

I have received an offer from a company and I'm in the second stage of interviews with another company. I am very interested to see if I could make it through for the second company. So can I accept the offer from first company and then if second one also sends an offer then let the first company know I would like to reject? Also i am on H1B visa. Should I be concerned with that?
