Hello 🦈s,
Role: SAP ABAP
Current: 8 LPA
I am having offer from LTI for 10.5 Fixed & 1 Mouritech for 12 LPA Fixed.
I have also cleared PwC India interview & HR has told me that they can give me 10.5 as Fixed (Before 12 offer). I have not yet received the offer letter.
Now my question is will PwC consider this offer for the re-negotiation? Or will they not release the offer letter itself?
Also what should be my ask for a SAP ABAP Developer with experience of 3.3 Years?
Thanks in Advance 🙏

Used to know somebody that went to work there years ago, and they were really happy with it! Said the culture was great and they offered a lot of perks. That was some years back, so not sure how much has changed and also just one experience out of many there.
It was GREAT 5 yrs ago… new leadership under CEO that doesn’t care about employees… now you are just a number and they have no issues getting rid of your position and sending it to Lithuania or India.. several employees recently are loosing their jobs, many (over 90%) are celebrating 15 + yrs with the company… But they don’t care.. forcing people back to the office 3 days a week when CFO, CIO and several Sr VP’s work remote.. cut off all travel yet the CFO is in a new city every other week… their motto is ‘Lead with Integrity‘.. while they don’t practice what they preach… all went down hill when they purchased Adenza and when they brought on the board members associated with old company.. look into it..
I work at Nasdaq and I really like it. The CEO is phenomenal, the leadership team is great, and the culture is great. Obviously every manager and every team will be different, but on the whole when the company runs employees surveys (every 6 months) the scores are really high.
I have been there well over 12 yrs and I disagree.. it was great until 5 yrs ago… while I agree Adena is great, the leadership change that came in with Adenza dont give a rats ass about the employees.. their benefits are being cut, they changed the bonus structure this year and will probably keep changing it until it is a small portion of what it was. I was hoping to get the retirement benefits they had but they changed that 2 yrs ago and now it is no longer offered.. the upcoming survey wont be great and if it is they are cooking the numbers.. I work with several people who are loosing their jobs this year and first quarter next year to save money while the executive team is busy traveling the globe, working remote and forcing employees to the office 3 days a week.. look into who is on the board, what companies they own and what changes Nasdaq is making to their systems… I am surprised the SEC isn’t all over them… so much for leading with integrity… cause from what I see - they have none
