Burned out in current role. 10-plus years post-MBA experience in Corp Fin role unable to move up to Director due to lack of "scope" - limited to no opps. Currently, work 40-50 hours week (minimal to no weekends) and earn ~250 TC. Work day is "intense" - many quick turnaround projects from task to task.

Is it worth shopping around? Can I get promo to Director level at another Tech company, earn more and still maintain same level of hours (limited weekend work)? Less intense days possible?

Been welding for my company for 13+ yrs and I think it’s time for a change. The culture has completely changed and became toxic. A backend that allows for volunteers to add their availability hours (something like Calendly integration), short bio, profile pic etc

A front end that requires users to sign up, and then lets them directly sign up with the volunteers.

I looked at Wix online booking system but you can only schedule staff by working hours. Built sites on WP before but lacking in time currently.

Does anyone else feel like Employee Talent Exchanges and Job seeking sites are all executed terribly. I have yet to see a great platform with a strong UX that actually works well and finds opportunities aligned to candidates desires or strengths.
